AptSweep is a personal browsing-enhancement tool that runs in your browser, with your sessions, your credentials. The information below describes what data is processed where.
Pro upgrades are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We never see your card number. Stripe's processor sits in the US; if you're in the EU/UK that's covered under their Standard Contractual Clauses.
aptsweep.com uses Plausible (cookieless, GDPR-friendly, no personal data). The browser extension does not phone home — it doesn't ping any analytics endpoint at all.
All extension state lives in your browser's local storage. To wipe it: open the popup → Settings → "Clear stored listings", then uninstall the extension.

By installing AptSweep you agree to these short terms.
AptSweep is browser-side automation: it observes the listing pages you're already viewing on each portal and surfaces new entries. It runs with your credentials, in your session.
If your account on a portal is banned within 30 days of paying for Pro through normal use of AptSweep, we'll refund the pass, no questions asked.
Exception: if you were also running third-party automation tools (auto-clickers, auto-senders, scripts, or any tool that submits applications without your click) on the same account, we cannot refund. AptSweep itself never auto-sends — every application requires your own click on the portal's Send button. If you augment that with auto-send tooling, the resulting ban isn't caused by AptSweep, and the refund policy doesn't apply.
AptSweep is provided "as is." We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any listing portal. We're not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the tool, including missed listings, account bans, or rejected applications.
